Circle President,
Circle Secretary, Advisor, Vice President & CWC Member met CGMT and
discussed following HR issues..
1. The practice of
Transfer of longest stayee to farthest place not followed.
2. Pick &
choose method followed in transfer of PA
3. Transfer order
of executives could not release in the month of March, 13 as such it was agreed
to include a in the order that the executives under transfer out of their
parent station would be considered for transfer back in the month of
March, 2015 but the same has not covered in the transfer order.
4. DPC in the cadre
of PS is not conducted for the last couple of years though sufficient &
eligible candidates are available.
5. Delay in sending
VC to Corporate Office for DE regular promotion.
6. Non
consideration of genuine local transfer request in the cadre of PA/PS
7. Strict implementation of post tenure transfer in SSAs.
8. No action by
Circle administration on various important issues taken up by this Association
like 30% HRA at Ahmedabad etc.
CGMT gave a patient hearing on all the issues and
assured us early necessary action.
