PRESIDENT, CIRCLE SECRETARY, VICE PRESIDENT AND CWC MEMBER TODAY MET SHRI B.K. SINHA, CGMT. SHRI V.K. SAJNANI, SR.GM (A) WAS ALSO PRESENT IN THE MEETING. THE FOLLOWING HR ISSUES WERE DISCUSSED.

1. WE REQUESTED CONSIDERATION OF REFUSAL OF LOOK AFTER ARRANGEMENT ORDERS, WHERE EXECUTIVES HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED FROM THEIR PARENT SSA. 
CGMT POINTED OUT THAT LOOK AFTER ARRANGEMENT IN SDE & DE CADRES WERE DONE WITHOUT MUCH DISTURBANCES AS CONSIDERABLE NUMBER OF EXECUTIVES WERE AVAILABLE IN SSAs. HOWEVER DUE TO ACUTE SHORTAGE IN THE CADRE OF DGM, THERE IS NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE BUT TO TRANSFER THE EXECUTIVES ON LOOK AFTER ARRANGEMENT TO MANAGE THE WORST SHORTAGE SSA. WE POINTED OUT THAT LOOK AFTER ARRANGEMENT SHOULD NOT BE MADE COMPULSORY. AFTER DETAILED DISCUSSION, ON OUR SUGGESTION, CGMT ASSURED THAT ANY DGM RESUMES IN GUJARAT CIRCLE FROM OTHER CIRCLES, THEY WILL BE POSTED IN WORST SHORTAGE SSA AND THE EXECUTIVES POSTED UNDER LOOK AFTER ARRANGEMENT IN DGM CADRE WILL BE POSTED BACK TO THEIR PARENT SSA, IF THEY HAVE NOT CLAIMED ANY TRANSFER GRANT OR ANY OTHER TRANSFER ALLOWANCES.
2. CONSIDERATION OF DR JTO INTER CIRCLE AND INTRA CIRCLE REQUEST TRANSFER CASES IN PHASED MANNER.
CGMT ASSURED US TO LOOK INTO IT.
3. NON RECEIPT OF CLARIFICATION FROM CORPORATE OFFICE IN RESPECT OF COUNTING OF RESIDENCY PERIOD CASE OF SHRI T.K. JOHN, AO, ATD.
SR.GM (A) ASSURED TO TAKE UP THE ISSUE WITH CORPORATE OFFICE FOR EARLY CLARIFICATION.
4. STRICT IMPLEMENTATION OF SEAT TENURE TRANSFER AS PER TRANSFER POLICY IN ALL SSAs.
CGMT ASSURED US TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THE MATTER AND INSTRUCTED SR.GM (HR) TO REITERATE THE INSTRUCTION FOR PROPER IMPLEMENTATION.
5. CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST TRANSFER OF EXECUTIVES, WHO HAVE COMPLETED AND WILL BE COMPLETING TWO YEARS UPTO JULY, 2013.
CGMT ASSURED TO LOOK INTO IT.
AS FAR AS CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST TRANSFER OF CIVIL WING UPTO JULY, 2013, WE HAVE SUGGESTED TO CONSIDER THE CASE ALONG WITH THE POSTING of  EXECUTIVES WHO GOT PROMOTION RECENTLY. CGMT ASSURED TO CONSIDER THE SAME ON RECEIPT OF  PROPOSAL FROM CE (C).
WE ALSO HAD A DETAILED DISCUSSION ON POOR PERFORMANCE OF SSAs PARTICULARLY CLOSURE OF LANDLINE AND BROADBAND CONNECTIONS. CGMT DESIRES ALL EMPLOYEES OF BSNL SHOULD WORK HARD AND ENSURE TO MAKE CIRCLE POSITIVE IN ALL SERVICES. WE ASSURED ALL OUR EFFORT TO MAKE BSNL GUJARAT CIRCLE POSITIVE.THIS ASSOCIATION EARNESTLY REQUEST THE EXECUTIVES OF BSNL GUJARAT CIRCLE TO BE PRO ACTIVE AND NO LENIENT VIEW BE TAKEN AT THE COST OF BSNL SERVICES. WE ALL SHOULD ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS.
