We have been requesting Circle
Administration for quite some time for consideration of inter circle and
intra circle transfer requests of JTOs. Consequent upon recent posting of SDEs
on their promotion from JTO through LICE, we had once again requested to
consider the cases on sympathetic ground. Now we are confident that Circle Administration will definitely
consider the inter circle transfer cases of all JTOs in phased manner in a
month or two, on joining of newly posted SDEs. Administration is also in a
positive move to consider the intra circle request transfer of JTOs and we are
optimistic these cases will also be considered in a phased manner. We
